How to Use:

• Bakes (cakes, cupcakes and cookies): Start with 1–2 teaspoons per standard batch—approximately 12 cupcakes or one 8-inch cake.
• Buttercream, fillings and icing: Use ½–1 teaspoon per 2 cups.
• Batters and drinks: Use ½–1 teaspoon per batch. For shakes and smoothies, start with a few drops and add up to ¼ teaspoon.
