Shipping policy

Delivery time for your order is not something we can control. We will provide you with a tracking number once your Elixir(s) have shipped. In the unfortunate event that one or more of your Elixirs arrive broken you will need to file a claim with USPS. PTK Enterprises will not replace nor send a refund for broken bottles due to them being insured.
