How to use:

• Baking (cakes/cupcakes/cookies): start with 1–2 tsp per standard batch (12 cupcakes or one 8" cake); adjust to taste
• Buttercream/Royal Icing/Fillings: ½–1 tsp per 2 cups
• Batter & Breakfasts (pancakes/waffles/French toast): ½–1 tsp per batch
• Drinks (smoothies/shakes/coffee): a few drops to ¼ tsp
