Join us for the first-ever Beyond the Frosting & Brown Sugar Retreat, a hands-on weekend created for women in the baking and creative space who are ready to grow their skills, their income, and their confidence, without burning out. This intimate, in-person experience welcomes all skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned business owner, just getting started, or a hobbyist who loves creating.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a positive, uplifting environment where community, learning, and self-care come together in one inspiring day.

Your $250 ticket covers both days of the retreat and one-day tickets are not available.

Saturday is our immersive Beyond the Frosting experience with unlimited coffee and tea, a Mexican buffet lunch, professional headshots, networking and business action stations, selfie moments, team-building activities, and an all-female speaker lineup covering pivots, marketing, SEO, motherhood and business, legal basics, customer retention, and the real truths of running a bakery. Optional chair massages will be available for an additional cost.

Sunday is our Brown Sugar “Day of Sharing,” a fully hands-on decorating experience featuring cake pop shaping and dipping, buttercream border techniques, and cookie decorating using the royal icing dip method. You’ll enjoy a breakfast buffet on Sunday, work hands-on in real time, take your treats home, and leave with skills you can confidently recreate.

All activities are hands-on, and you’ll leave with either your finished treats packaged to take home or the skills and confidence to recreate everything on your own.

Who Can Attend

Women 18 and older only (no children, please).

You do not have to be a Beyond the Frosting member, as this event is open to all women entrepreneurs.

Policies

Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may resell your ticket. The new attendee must check in under your name at registration. Seating is limited, so secure your ticket early before prices increase!
